Job Description - Fractional Finance Director

Fractional Finance Director

London

Fixed Term Contract (3 months part-time)

£100,000 - £170,000 pro rata (depending on experience)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly scaling consultancy business. Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will provide advice on all matters relating to financial performance and strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Advise on the implementation of robust financial systems and budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
Support senior team to create growth strategies and plans
Advise the CEO and Senior Management Team on all matters relating to financial performance
Support the business through change and growth periods, coordinating corporate finance, debt, and taxation as appropriate
Design an incentive structure for the Senior Management team

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE/BE:

Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Substantial post-qualification experience
Experience of working in a senior role for a rapidly scaling consultancy
Outstanding communication skills with people at all levels and an ability to influence
Exceptional commercial acumen and business knowledge
Pro-active and solution driven
