Freelance Asbestos Surveyor

Job role: Asbestos Surveyor
Package: £240-£250 a day, millage covered
Location: West London area

Our client are a northern based company who have recently won a contract in the West London area. As they're wanting to hire someone in the area, the successful candidate will ultimately get a lions-share of this long term contract and not have to worry about work for the foreseeable.

The job:

• Conducting asbestos surveys on domestic properties.
• Identifying and sampling suspect asbestos materials.
• Documenting ACM location, extent, and condition.
• Producing clear and accurate survey reports.
• Following health and safety procedures (PPE).
• Communicating with clients and residents.
• Maintaining survey equipment.
• Keeping up with asbestos regulations.

To be considered for this role, you need:

• At least 12 months of relevant experience
• P402 or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A proactive and organised approach to work.
