Location: Krakow, Poland (on-site only)
Working pattern: Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week (non-negotiable)
Day rate: 1,180 PLN per day
Contract: 5 days per week (full-time)

Client: Enterprise Tech Partner

A global financial services organisation is looking for an experienced contract Senior Product Owner to join their Capital Markets team, working specifically within the Securities Settlements domain. This is a senior-level role requiring deep domain expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to lead product ownership across complex financial systems.

You'll be joining an existing team on a key strategic programme, delivering improvements across post-trade settlement platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the lead Product Owner across multiple workstreams within Securities Settlements

• Driving requirements gathering, prioritisation, and backlog management

• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and business stakeholders

• Translating complex capital markets workflows into product features and deliverables

• Supporting delivery planning and ongoing roadmap alignment with programme objectives

• Working in an agile delivery setup with financial industry governance requirements

What they're looking for:

• Proven experience working in Capital Markets, specifically on Securities Settlements

• Strong understanding of trade life cycles, post-trade operations, and regulatory drivers

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Experience working in high-pressure, enterprise-scale environments

• Comfortable working onsite in Krakow 3 days per week
