Freelance Retail Account Manager

If you know your way around retail campaigns, can manage a million emails from franchise retailers without losing your mind, and have a soft spot for automotive, this freelance Retail Account Manager role might just be your next headache, I mean, opportunity.

Based in East London, you'll spend three days in the office pretending to love hybrid working and the rest remotely, pretending you're not.

• Title: Freelance Retail Account Manager

• Start: Monday, 23rd June

• Length: 3 months initially (good chance of long extension)

• Client: Digital Agency

• Day rate: £325 per day (maximum)

• IR35: Inside IR35 (The client has requested an Umbrella to be used, not Ltd or Sole trader)

• Hybrid working: 3 days a week in-house on Tuesday, Wednesday + Thursday (the other 2 days will be remote) = 5 working days per week

(Please note, this is mandatory + the days are fixed and cannot be changed)

• Location: Central East London

• Brief:

- Reporting to the Retail Lead.

- Ideally, you will have automotive experience.

- Experience in advertising origination and production.

- Working closely with the Strategy and Creative team.

- Integrated marketing experience (Digital, ATL & BTL).

- Delivering a range of integrated marketing campaigns.

- You will project manage the delivery of campaign assets.

- The client is looking for someone from an agency background.

- Supporting the brand and its network of Franchise Retailers.

- Proven track experience in managing campaigns at an operational level.

- Managing the wide array of inquiries directly from Retailers via the dedicated phone line and email within the agreed SLAs.
