Your new role
As a Freelance Site Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of a construction site, ensuring that homes are built to specification, on schedule, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You'll be the key point of contact on-site, coordinating trades, managing timelines, and upholding their commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics
Monitor build progress, quality, and budget adherence
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain accurate records
Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards under pressure
A proactive, hands-on approach to site management
