Your new role
My client are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to lead a refurbishment project in Manchester, starting immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering a high-profile scheme to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
Maintain site records and reportingLiaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
Drive quality and efficiency throughout the build

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing refurbishment projects
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple trades and tight deadlines
A hands-on, problem-solving attitude
