Your new role

Your New Company is seeking an experienced and proactive Freelance Site Manager to oversee a 22-week office refurbishment project in Penrith. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor known for delivering high-quality commercial refurbishments across the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades and subcontractors
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and site cleanliness
• Managing programme schedules and reporting progress to the project team
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring works are completed to specification

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment projects
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and site logistics
• Own transport and tools preferred
