Front of House Administrator

We are working with a fantastic charity who have support centres across the country and are keen to appoint a Receptionist on a Temp to Perm basis. Working 9-5 in this fully office based role, acting as the first point of contact for all customer and client enquiries, the successful candidate will have a polite and professional manner with a welcoming approach. Duties are varied but key duties will include;

• Meeting and greeting of all clients
• Dealing with all enquiries, face to face and over the phone and email
• Manage all enquiries, offering support and advice
• Manage room bookings
• Deal with all Health & Safety issues on site
• Acting as the point of contact for all facilities issues on site; liaising with contractors and resolving all issues
• Ad hoc administration support

This is a fantastic opportunity which is to begin urgently and will hopefully go permanent in the near future,; the successful candidate will be available immediately and be able to commit on a temporary basis. You will have a stable career history with a proven reception and front of house background;

• Be available immediately
• Have a minimum of 2 years reception and administration skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in all MS Office packages
