About the Role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Do you want to work in a popular beauty clinic? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for a Front of House Specialist to join our team covering Hampstead, Mayfair, and Richmond.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the clinic.
• Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day clinic operations.
• Operate the Point-Of-Sale and booking system, including end-of-day reconciliation.
• Provide a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience for all patients.
• Manage appointment bookings and keep patients informed of any schedule changes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing enquiries via phone and email.
• Oversee general stock management.
• Drive sales by offering excellent patient consultations and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain the clinic's overall cleanliness and presentation.
