Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (1-hour break), plus occasional Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu) - 40 hours per week total

• Location: On-site at a new build residential development

• Start: ASAP

Your typical day-to-day:

• Meet and greet residents and prospective tenants warmly and professionally

• Take calls, gather basic applicant info, and pass leads to the leasing team

• Manage parcel deliveries using the Dwellent system, ensuring smooth handover to residents
