Job Description - Front of House / Receptionist

Front of House – Receptionist | London | £150 – £175 per day | Temporary (7am - 3pm)

Overview:
My client, a leading technology platform within the market, are currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist to join the team for a temporary period of 2 months minimum. The role will suit someone with an organised and proactive nature!

Role & Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for all visitors to the office
Providing a friendly and warm welcome
Issue security and visitor passes
Organise catering/refreshments for weekly meetings
Ensure the reception area is kept tidy at all times
Assist with general administration and invoicing

Essential Skills & Experience:

3+ years’ experience in a front of house / receptionist role
Professional and can do attitude
Previous experience working for a corporate organisation a bonus
Excellent organisation and IT skills

Package:

£150 - £175 per day umbrella
7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday
Fully office based
Great offices location and working environment
