Front of House Receptionist – Temporary Cover
Location: Birchwood Park, Warrington
Rate: £14 per hour
Dates: Training on 8th May Assignment: 12th – 16th May
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (30-minute lunch)
Clearance: BPSS required

Morson Talent is proud to be partnering with a leading global consultancy to recruit a friendly and professional Front of House Receptionist to provide temporary holiday cover at their office in Birchwood Park, Warrington.
This is a short-term assignment covering 12th to 16th May, with a handover and training session on 8th May.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and contractors
• Sign visitors in and out, delivering health and safety inductions
• Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as requested
• Assist with general front desk duties, including post and hospitality
• Refill the coffee machine and maintain the front of house area
• Issue visitor passes and chaperone contractors as required
• Pre-register visitors and provide relevant pre-arrival information
• Offer refreshments, Wi-Fi access, and local area information
• Act as the first point of contact for any front desk enquiries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front of house, receptionist or customer service role
• Confident and proactive communicator with strong organisational skills
• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Must be able to obtain BPSS clearance
• Basic IT skills – a temporary laptop will be provided
