Front of House Assistant

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House Assistant to join the team at our leisure centre in Chelmsford, operated by Northumbrian Water.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and serving customers with a smile
Running and serving food to tables
Assisting with basic food preparation
Pot washing and keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For:

Great communication and customer service skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is desirable
Willingness to help out wherever needed in a busy café environment
Reliable and punctual
