- REMOTE ROLE
- 12-MONTH CONTRACT
- SC CLEARANCE REQUIRED

SKILLS
- Strong experience in Docker, REACT, GDS Design Kit, Node.js and StoryBook.
- Key knowledge of API tests and updating API documentation.
- Understanding of DDaT operating models.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, agree and implement ideas for Continuous Service Improvement across the service management processes and technology.
- Management and resolution of tickets relating to incidents, changes and service requests.
- Able to work and take ownership of a legacy service, with a legacy deployment model.
