Description

• Monitor and manage outstanding invoices to ensure prompt payment from clients.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and address client queries professionally and efficiently.
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable and overdue balances.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth credit processes.
• Implement and adhere to credit control policies and procedures.
• Provide support during audits by compiling necessary financial information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the credit control function.

Profile

A successful FTC Credit Control candidate should have:

• Strong knowledge of credit control and accounts receivable processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
