Senior Frontend Engineer (React & Next.js) -

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our web applications. You will work closely with our growth and editor teams to build high-performance, scalable, and modern frontend solutions. The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in React and Next.js, understands modern frontend architectures, and can contribute meaningfully as a hands-on developer and technical leader.

• Develop and maintain complex, scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js.
• Implement modern state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit (RTK) or alternatives.
• Leverage and contribute to modern design systems (e.g., ShadCN) instead of building UI kits from scratch.
• Work on long-running jobs and async client-side operations, ensuring smooth user experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth-focused engineering solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.

• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and frontend best practices.
• Strong experience with modern state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, etc.).
• Familiarity with design systems and UI libraries (ShadCN, Radix UI, or similar).
• Ability to demonstrate complex, real-world project experience rather than just theoretical knowledge.
• Experience with handling long-running jobs and async operations in frontend applications.
• A pragmatic problem solver with a passion for building high-quality user experiences.
• Full-stack experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
