Description

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate contracts and related documents.
• Providing legal advice on property transactions and commercial leases.
• Advising clients on risk management and compliance within real estate transactions.
• Supporting the legal department with real estate due diligence processes.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Ensuring all legal documentation aligns with current legislation and regulations.
• Managing timelines and priorities effectively to meet client and company expectations.
• Maintaining accurate and organised legal records for all transactions.

Profile

A successful Commercial Transactional Real Estate professional should have:

• A degree in law or a related field with expertise in commercial real estate.
• 1 + year experience in commercial property transactions.
• Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex legal documents.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations within the professional services industry.
• Experience with remote working tools and the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and team members effectively.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving in legal contexts.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary range of £29,000 - £32,000 for the 12-month contract (possibility for extension or permanent).
