Funds Paralegal - US firm

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Funds Paralegal to join a top US law firm in the City of London on an initial 6-12 month contract.

The successful Paralegal can look forward to joining a market-leading practice, supporting complex and high-value matters for top-tier global clients. In terms of progression, the firm has an excellent track record of offering Training Contracts to its Paralegals!

The role:

You will work closely with a senior Partner-led team, contributing to the lifecycle of credit fund matters. This includes fund formation, investor onboarding, fund closings, regulatory compliance, and general fund management. The position offers hands-on experience and exposure to a fast-paced and intellectually stimulating practice area. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with fund formation and structuring documentation
• Managing investor onboarding and KYC/AML processes
• Coordinating fund closings and tracking subscription materials
• Supporting regulatory and compliance filings
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third-party service providers

About you:

• Interested applicants must possess previous experience as a paralegal in a funds, private equity, or financial services environment
• Strong understanding of fund structures, ideally with exposure to credit funds
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance, collaborative environment
