Your new role
As the site's Traffic Marshall, you'll be responsible for:

• Directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around the site
• Coordinating deliveries and managing access points
• Communicating clearly with site teams and drivers
• Maintaining a secure and organised site perimeter
• Supporting site operations with a safety-first approach

What you'll need to succeed

• Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman certification (NPORS or CPCS)
• CSCS card
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally on school or public sector sites
• Strong communication and situational awareness
• A calm, professional manner in busy environments
