We're currently seeking a vigilant and professional Gateman to join our team on a busy site. This plays a key role in maintaining site security and ensuring smooth access control.

??? Key Responsibilities:

• Controlling access to and from the site
• Signing in visitors, deliveries, and contractors
• Monitoring CCTV (if applicable)
• Ensuring all personnel follow site safety procedures
• Reporting any suspicious activity or safety concerns
• General site tidiness and gate area maintenance

? Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Valid NPORS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
• SIA licence (desirable but not essential)
