Job Title: General Assistant

Location: Hatfield

Remuneration: £14 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables. ??
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and work areas, ensuring a tidy environment. ??
• Support chefs with various tasks to facilitate smooth kitchen operations.
• Manage stock rotation and inventory, keeping everything organised. ??
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines for a safe working environment. ??

Additional Duties:

• Dishwashing and sanitising all kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Proper disposal of kitchen waste, maintaining a clean workspace.
• Receive and store deliveries in an organised manner.
• Monitor food temperatures to comply with safety standards.
• Assist team members during busy periods to keep operations running smoothly. ??
