Our client is a fashion brand now seeking a General Store Manager for their new store opening in Bicester Village. Our client is a global fashion brand, with a strong online presence comprising of both ladies and mens ready to wear. This role will initially be a 6 month contract.

The General Store Manager candidate will have a natural passion for fashion and trends, be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and results driven.

General Store Manager role:

Our General Store Manager will have/be:

• Previous experience in a retail Store Management position
• Strong interest and passion for ladies and/or mens fashion is essential
• Energetic, outgoing and driven with passion to succeed
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Proven track record or driving high performing teams

The package:

The salary for the General Store Manager is up to £58,000 depending on your experience plus bonus, benefits and a generous clothing allowance and staff discount.
