Job Description - General Operative

Are you looking for a reliable, full-time role with great work-life balance and steady hours? We’re currently seeking a General Operative to work in Stourbridge.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out production duties.
Assembling or preparing products.
Monitoring supply levels.
Coordinating material movement across various departments.
Loading and unloading goods.
Quality checking and packaging products.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Following health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

Good attention to detail.
Able to lift heavy items.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.

Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
