Hourly Rate: £25.23 per hour PAYE or £33.51 per hour Umbrella

As the Smokefree Generation Projects Manager, you will play a crucial role in transforming the landscape of public health in our area. Reporting to the Senior Public Health Lead for Primary Care and Prevention, you will spearhead the council's Smokefree Generation projects, funded by the Local Stop Smoking Services and Support Grant.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Project Management: organise, plan, coordinate, and evaluate various smokefree generation projects.
• Communication: Liaise with senior colleagues and project leads to ensure seamless project execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and outcomes to ensure objectives are met.
• Budget Management: Oversee financial aspects of projects, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
• Data organisation: Collate, analyse, and prepare project data for insightful reports.
• Quality Focus: Maintain high standards throughout all project phases, ensuring exceptional delivery.

• Proven experience in project management within public health settings, particularly in local authorities.
• Strong skills in budget management and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills, able to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
