Geography Teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are actively seeking Geography Teachers to work at Ashford based secondary schools. The roles are to start in September and will be until the end of the academic year - full time with a salary of between £31,650 and £49,084 depending on experience.

The role:

• Plan and deliver interactive lessons across KS3 and KS4 to make geography come alive in the classroom
• Plan lessons accordingly to ensure all abilities are catered for
• Attend departmental meetings when required
• Manage the behaviour of the students effectively to ensure a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience of teaching Geography at secondary level
• Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
• CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
• Legal right to work in the UK
