German Legal Biller

Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a German speaking Legal Biller to join our international law firm client on an temporary basis for around 3 months. This is a varied and challenging role where you will be based in London but working closely with Partners, Fee Earners and clients in their German offices.

Responsibilities will include:

· Generating proformas for partner review/approval.

· Processing transfers and edits.

· Preparing draft bills, split bills, task code allocation and final bills.

· Processing credit notes and re-issues as required.

· Ensuring final bills have correct VAT treatment applied.

· Dealing with queries and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of 3E software
• Fluent in German
• Experience in billing from a law firm
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Strong communication skills
