German Speaking Payroll

Job Title: German-Speaking Pay roller (Temporary, Full-Time)

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to either Liverpool or Maidenhead office)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary

About the Role:

Search are currently seeking a fluent German-speaking Payroller to join a manufacturing organisation on a full-time temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong payroll experience either fully remote or ideally within commuting distance of Liverpool or Maidenhead for occasional office visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll working at high volume
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
• Handle payroll queries from employees in both English and German.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
• Support audits and reporting as required.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in German payroll processing.
• Proficient in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
