This temporary position has the potential to be extended for the right candidate. We are seeking someone who can start immediately and adapt to a hybrid work model, mostly working remotely but occasionally visiting the Horsham site as required.

Position: Global Logistics Coordinator
Location: Horsham, UK
Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00)
Hourly Rate: £15.20

About the Role:
As a Global Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Credo reuse programme and the clinical site to patient service. You will be part of a dynamic team that ensures the smooth operation of logistics processes, including managing shipments and providing stellar customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the success of the Credo reuse programme by ensuring the collection of reusable Credo shippers.
• Create shipping documents in compliance with Good Distribution practises (GDP).
• Follow departmental SOPs and WIs to ensure the successful execution of work.
• Receive and manage calls and emails from internal teams and external clients, recording issues in our Global Logistics Helpdesk Service Management system.
• Proactively track and trace orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Client reporting and order data entry with high attention to detail.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to cross-functional business process improvements.
• Stay compliant with compulsory training and departmental SLAs.

What You'll Bring:

• A high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Experience in remote working and adaptability to new challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a knack for customer service.
• Knowledge of logistics is a plus, but full training will be provided to the right candidate!
