Job Description - Global Markets - Team Assistant

GLOBAL MARKETS - TEAM ASSISTANT

A global investment bank is seeking someone to join the Global Investment Research division as a Team Assistant for 6 months!

GLOBAL MARKETS - TEAM ASSISTANT ROLE:

Providing full administrative support for Managing Directors and a team of economists and strategists
Managing heavy scheduling, internal and external conferences, webcasts, and other events
Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails
Tracking and recording client engagement activities of team members
Relaying information and performing tasks in a timely manner
Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements
Processing travel and entertainment expense reports in accordance with firm guidelines
Handling onboarding logistics for new hires and transfers
Assisting in coordinating logistics for internal visitors
Taking on ad-hoc projects while maintaining daily workflow and general administrative support

GLOBAL MARKETS - TEAM ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:

Willing to work 5 days in the office
Minimum 4 years of experience as an Assistant supporting senior-level executives or a large team
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Advanced MS Office Skills
