Global Payroll Analyst (FTC)

Catalyst Partners are working with a market leading global business within the Financial Services space to source an experienced Payroll Analyst to support during a transformation piece.

6 Month FTC.

Immediate Start (August)

Up to £60,000.

Very flexible working, possibly remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the acting Payroll Project Manager leading on the current implementation project.
• Manage engagement with the outsourced payroll vendor.
• Work with the local teams/contacts specific to the global project.
• Develop a clear understanding of the payroll vendors requirements specific to the countries/region.
• Work closely with the HR Tech team to focus on building and testing integrations centric to payroll.

Experience

• Proven experience & a track record working in a global payroll setting plus exposure to working with large global payroll vendors.
• Familiarity to tier one HRIS platforms.
• Basic understanding of payroll compliance and reporting.
• Ability to speak Spanish would be a huge bonus!
