Hourly Rate: £12.21 this will be reviewed and increased when permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 to 17:00
Location: Head Office, Hinckley, LE10

Goods In and Goods Out Warehouse Operative Job Description:

As a Goods In and Goods Out Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in supporting the warehouse team and ensuring the smooth flow of materials and orders through the warehouse. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your duties will include:

• Receiving goods and supplies, checking for damage or missing items.
• Efficiently handling all goods in and goods out processes.
• Moving stock manually, with MHE ( a FLT C/B licence is desirable but not essential).
• Order picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
• Loading goods safely for despatch.
• Driving the company van with local deliveries as and when
• Stock checks using handheld terminals and internal systems to track stock.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date paperwork.
• Keeping the warehouse and work area clean, tidy, and safe.

Goods In and Goods Out Warehouse Operative Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in this Goods In and Goods Out Warehouse Operative role, you will:

• Be proactive, positive, and able to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Hold a clean UK driving licence (essential for delivery duties).
• Communicate clearly and work well within a team.

• Be punctual, dependable, and hardworking.
