Contract Role - Government/ Elections/Politics Data Operations Manager/Research Analyst - London/Onsite - 12 Months Initial - Inside IR35 PAYE

We are seeking an exceptional Government/ Elections/Politics Data Operations Manager/Research Analyst to join the team supports all government, elections and nonprofit partners globally and that is done through a backbone of several interconnected data sets to identify this dynamic audience. This role is responsible for reviewing these data sets to ensure compliant and equitable partner support in the government and elections space. This role requires a person who is detail-oriented, capable of analyzing and reviewing large data sets, collaborating and building relationships with our partner managers, data managers and auditors.

• Job Title: Government/ Elections/Politics Data Operations Manager/Research Analyst
• Location: London/Onsite
• Contract Type: Contract
• Duration: 12 months initially

• 5-10 years of experience in data operations, or other relevant space leading large scale global projects or programs.

• Knowledge of the government and elections space, including international politics, political parties, world leaders and national legislators.
• 2+ years in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management.
• 2+ years with scripting languages (e.g., Python), and/or statistical/mathematical software (e.g., R).

• Experience analyzing and using data in solving and providing practical business insights, including reviewing and validating dashboards and reports, ensuring they accurately reflect key insights and metrics.
• Practical experience reading or querying SQL databases.
• Ability to use data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) to extract, manipulate, and interpret data for business insights and monitoring performance and integrity of data pipelines.

• Testing experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to understand and simplify complex topics and explain to others in a way that is easy to digest.
