What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a GP Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of primary care patients. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments

• create and implement personalised care plans

• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid registration as a Pharmacy Technician

• prior experience working within GP practice settings

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs. Free parking available onsite at Roding Valley Medical Centre, IG8 7JQ. Hybrid working may be considered after an initial trial period.
