What You’ll Be Doing:
As a key member of a fast-paced and supportive clinical team, you’ll take the lead on medication reviews, chronic disease management, and patient-facing services within the practice. This role offers genuine autonomy and responsibility – with the potential for remote working in the near future for the right candidate.

• Deliver structured medication reviews and manage long-term conditions
• Prescribe safely and confidently as an Independent Prescriber
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and the wider MDT to improve care delivery
• Optimise prescribing and reduce medicines waste across the practice
• Keep clear and accurate clinical records in line with best practice

What We’re Looking For:
• GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
• Independent Prescriber qualification – essential
• At least 1 year of experience in a GP surgery or primary care environment
• Strong clinical knowledge and confident patient-facing skills
• Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time role running Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 30-minute break. The position is ongoing, with a high chance of extension based on performance. The service is also open to remote working in the near future once established in the team.
