Graduate English & Drama Teacher - Independent School

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Based on the schools' generous pay scale

We are currently seeking an English and/or Drama graduate to join a high-performing independent school in Essex from September 2025. The school are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to teach English and Drama in their prestigious school.

The incoming graduate will begin as an unqualified teacher and be enrolled in a PGCE program starting in September 2025. The school would pay the PGCE fees.

Requirements:

• A degree in English, Drama or a related field
• Be a dynamic communicator, with a demonstrable enthusiasm for the subject
• Have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others
• Possess a good sense of humour, and an ethical approach to working with others.
• The role can also be suitable for an ECT.
