A fantastic Secondary School in Ealing is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant (SEN).

Within the role of a Graduate Learning Support Assistant (SEN), you will be tasked with supporting students with Maths, English, Science and more! This position also involves working with children with SEND/SEMH needs by providing 1:1 support and interventions in small groups.

Previous experience working with additional needs is required and school-based experience is desirable.

Graduate Learning Support Assistant (SEN) Job Description

• £105 - £115 per day
• Monday - Friday (no weekends)
• Full-Time, Long-Term role
• Term-Time only
• Based in Ealing
• September 2025 start

Graduate Learning Support Assistant (SEN) Role

• Working alongside a dedicated team passionate about education
• Supporting students in and out of the classroom
• Providing 1:1 assistance for students with SEND/SEMH needs including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and more

The Ideal Graduate Learning Support Assistant (SEN)

• A graduate with a high degree (1st class or 2:1) from a reputable university
• Experience working with children and young people
• Previous employment involving working with children with SEND
• An outgoing individual with a 'can-do' attitude
