A secondary school in Haringey is looking to appoint a Graduate Pastoral Support Assistant to join their dedicated pastoral team. This is a rewarding role focused on supporting students' wellbeing, behaviour, and attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide mentoring and pastoral support to individual students
* Work alongside the safeguarding and pastoral teams to support vulnerable pupils
* Monitor attendance and behaviour data, intervening where necessary
* Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
* Help promote a positive school culture and safe environment

Requirements:
* Graduate with an interest in pastoral care, psychology, or social work
* Compassionate, approachable, and patient
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience working with young people is desirable
