Tradewind Recruitment are working with Secondary schools in Enfield who are currently hiring Graduate Science Teaching Assistants to support their science departments. This is a brilliant opportunity to work with pupils across KS3 and KS4, provide academic and practical support in science lessons, and be part of a collaborative, inspiring learning environment.

These roles are perfect for graduates interested in a long-term future in science teaching, youth engagement, or education policy.

Key Duties Include:

• Supporting pupils during science lessons and lab experiments
• Helping prepare and organise scientific equipment and materials
• Delivering small group catch-up or revision sessions
• Assisting with lesson delivery and learning activities
• Encouraging curiosity and enthusiasm for STEM subjects

Who You Are:

• A graduate in a science subject (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Physics)
• Motivated, professional, and confident working with teenagers
• Organised, hands-on, and keen to learn
• Some experience in tutoring, mentoring, or youth work is a plus
