Academics Rochester are working with a number of Trusts and Academies across Medway and Swale, who are recruiting full-time ambitious and nurturing SEN TeachingAssistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the development and success of students.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils 1-1 and in small groups
• Maintaining regular communication with the class teacher to monitor progress of the student
• Preparing learning resources and activities
• Building rapport with parents, students and staff

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

• Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (Academics can assist with this)
• University degree is essential
• Fully enhanced DBS (Academics are also able to assist you with applying for a DBS)
