Graduate Teaching Assistant - Secondary School (Ealing)

Salary: £90 - £100 per day (depending on experience)

A thriving and inclusive secondary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 through to the end of the academic year in July 2026.

The Role:

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4, both in and out of the classroom
• Work closely with subject teachers to help deliver high-quality lessons
• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students who need additional help
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Help promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a degree (any subject considered; education-related fields preferred)
• Be passionate about making a difference in young people's lives
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive, adaptable, and reliable
• Ideally have some previous experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, summer schools)
