The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll support pupils across a range of year groups and subjects, offering 1:1 and small group interventions. You’ll help children who need extra support to stay focused, catch up with learning, and grow in confidence. You’ll also assist with classroom routines, behaviour management, and resource prep.

The Candidate
You’re a graduate with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills. You enjoy working with children and are looking for hands-on experience in a school setting. Whether you're considering teacher training, psychology, or another child-focused career path, this role will give you a solid grounding.
