Salary: £90-£115 P/D paid via PAYE, no hidden umbrella fees

Duration: Temporary to permanent post with routes into teacher training

Are you a recent Graduate or Teaching Assistant looking for a career within education or chance to step up into teacher training?

Tradewind are continuing their successful partnership with one of the counties leading Secondary Schools to find the next generation of teachers for the start of the 2025 /26 academic year. These are full-time roles and will run for the full academic year.

As a Teaching Assistant / Graduate Teaching Assistant here there are a number of roles you'll be completing within the school over the first term. Designed to give you a whole school perspective you will benefit from an induction programme, managers and mentors and a very experience SLT compromising of one of the best Headteachers in the area!

On the job training is provided with inductions and available throughout the year to ensure every success in your role. Not only this but by working with Tradewind you'll have free access to every course on the National College after your first day!

No previous experience is required but we are looking for Graduates who can demonstrate approachable, nurturing and patient.

• A genuine interest in childcare and working with children
• A degree in a field relating to childcare or the creative arts
• A flexible, can-do attitude
• Willing to go the extra mile to contribute to the progress of the children and school
