The Role

Lovely two form entry primary school in Wandsworth are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team in September. Ideally graduates looking for experience in education, or school leavers with a strong academic background, you will be required to work as a general classroom assistant in a Nursery class. This will be the ideal role for those considering a future career in teaching and requires good communication skills as well as a high level of literacy and numeracy. You will be covering a staff absence for the first half of the term and upon their return, will transfer to a Reception class supporting a child with SEND.

It has an excellent senior leadership team in place who promote an ethos of life-long learning, engagement and achievement. Pupils at the school are extremely well-behaved as a result of high expectations and a positive and safe environment.
