Graduate Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a passionate Graduate Teaching Assistant to support learners?aged 4-11. You'll be embedded in a warm, inclusive primary setting, working closely with class teachers to support academic, social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-to-one and small-group support in literacy, numeracy, confidence building

• Assist with lesson planning, resource preparation, and curriculum adaptation

• Support effective behaviour management and pastoral care

• Nurture pupils' emotional well-being in an inclusive environment
  
  Ideal Candidate:

• Holds (or is due to complete) a bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject

• Has some form of experience working with children-volunteering, tutoring, paid or degree-related

• Excellent communicator, proactive team worker, reliable and adaptable
