Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons.

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 with their learning.

• Working 1:1 or with small groups to boost academic progress.

• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a focused learning space.

• Providing support to students with additional needs where required.

• Hold a degree in any subject (minimum 2:2).

• Be passionate about working with young people and making a difference.

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
