Tradewind are currently working with a range of mainstream and SEN schools in Luton who are looking for their next graduate teaching assistant who can make a big impact in their school. We are looking for passionate Graduates and whilst experience would be beneficial, it is not an essential. If you are hardworking, flexible and keen to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

• Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils in mainstream or SEND classrooms

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Help children with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and speech or learning challenges

• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful learning environment

• Build valuable experience and develop practical classroom skills

What we are looking for in our Graduate Teaching Assistant

• A degree in any subject and a passion for education

• Some experience working with children or young people (formally or informally)

• A calm, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach to learning on the job

• Confidence to engage pupils and support their development

• SEND experience is a bonus, but not essential
