An established and well-recognised Secondary School based in Brent is looking for multiple like-minded Graduate Teaching Assistants to join its ranks. This is a full-time position starting September 2025.

What you will do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant?

• You will be there to provide both educational and emotional support to students on a day-to-day basis
• You will be working alongside the lead class teachers, helping with lesson materials
• Lead 1:1 and group intervention sessions to target areas where the students may be struggling in
• Help students gain their confidence resulting in overall positive progression

• Graduate Teaching Assistants
• Providing continuous support to KS3, KS4 & KS5 students while working alongside the class teacher to deliver lessons and prepare materials
• Can involve working alongside SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, Non-verbal etc)
• September 2025 Start - Long-term contract - Full-Time position
• £105 - £110 per day - Term time only
• Situated within the borough of Brent
• Top 1% school with an 'Outstanding Ofsted rating

The ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant applicant:

• Have a 1st or 2:1 from a reputable university
• Have a passion and drive for teaching and education
• Previous experience working with students and SEN is desirable
• Effectively work well within a wider team
