You'll work as a classroom assistant across different year groups, supporting learning, helping with classroom routines, and running intervention groups.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting teachers in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 classrooms

• Working 1:1 and with small groups of children

• Delivering phonics, maths, and reading interventions

• Supporting pupils with SEN needs where appropriate

• Assisting with behaviour management and daily routines

• A recent degree (minimum 2:2)

• A desire to become a teacher

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Experience working with children (desirable)
