The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and provide targeted academic support to pupils. You will lead small group interventions, offer 1-2-1 assistance for pupils who may need additional help, and contribute to creating an engaging, supportive learning environment. Your role will focus on raising attainment in key areas such as literacy and numeracy.

The Candidate
This role is perfect for a recent graduate with strong academic credentials and a clear interest in working with children. You’ll need to be enthusiastic, patient, and capable of building positive relationships with pupils and staff alike. A background in education or experience working with children would be beneficial but is not essential.
