The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to work in a welcoming secondary school and gain practical classroom-based experience supporting students. You will be assisting in lessons, delivering booster sessions and supporting students who have fallen behind. This is an excellent opportunity to gain classroom-based experience and receive excellent support whilst you do.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate who is considering a career in teaching. A strong academic background is essential, as well as a love for education and the ability to inspire others. Clear communication skills are essential as you will be working with students at a range of ability levels. Experience working with young people in a voluntary or professional capacity is desirable but not essential.
